Welcome to Wilderkids Nature Crafts!
We’re so happy you’re here.  These Terms & Conditions help explain how our website, products, and activities work, and what you can expect when you spend time with us.

By using our website or enrolling in our sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

Wilderkids Nature Crafts is an Australian business creating nature-inspired crafts, activities, resources, and experiences for young children and their families.

Our offerings are designed especially for children aged 2–6 years, with a strong focus on connection, creativity, and parent–child co-regulation.

You’re welcome to browse, learn, and enjoy our content for personal use.

Please don’t:

• Copy or reuse our content without permission
• Use our website in a way that could harm others
• Attempt to interfere with how the website works
   

All Wilderkids Nature Crafts activities are designed to be enjoyed together with a parent or responsible adult.

Some activities may include:

• Natural or sensory materials 
• Small parts
• Crafting scissors and glue 
• Messy or outdoor play
• Nuts and Seeds
   

Children must always be supervised, and grown-ups are responsible for deciding what is suitable for their child.

We do not provide childcare.  Whether online or in person, parents and guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.

Our content is created for creative and educational enjoyment only.

Please note:

• We do not provide medical, developmental, or therapeutic advice
• You know your child best — always consider allergies, sensitivities, and abilities
• Participation is at your own discretion
   

To the fullest extent allowed by Australian law, Wilderkids Nature Crafts is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during activities.

• Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• We may cancel orders if required by law or due to unforeseen circumstances
• If we have to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email and text message.  You will be credited with a gift voucher to reschedule.  
  

We do not offer refunds.  But all bookings are transferable to another person or date up to 24 hours before your original booking.  

If you do not show up to the workshop/session, with no prior warning you loose your rescheduling rights and money.  
 

All content, designs, downloads, photos, and text belong to Wilderkids Nature Crafts unless stated otherwise.

Please don’t copy, share, or sell our work without written permission — our creativity is part of our heart and livelihood.

I agree to give Wilderkids Nature Crafts unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken of myself/my child or artwork at any workshop/session/events organised by Wilderkids Nature Crafts.

Photos and video content may be used for our website and social media accounts.  If you do not wish to have you/your child's face in the pictures please let us know beforehand by sending us an email. 

If you share photos, reviews, or messages with us (including on social media), you’re giving us permission to lovingly share them for promotional purposes — unless you tell us otherwise.

We always aim to honour and respect our community.

Your privacy matters to us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We do our best to provide beautiful, thoughtful products and experiences.

Where permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to replacing a product or resupplying a service if something goes wrong.  Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are always respected.

From time to time, we may update these Terms & Conditions.  The most current version will always be available on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and Australian courts have jurisdiction.
